Payment Terms - Orders
Internet orders can be paid via: VISA card, MasterCard card, NEFT transfer, check, or bank cash deposit. All non-credit card orders will be processed within 10 business days. Cash can be deposited directly into our bank account.
Limited Availability

Shipping - Taxes and Ownership
Shipping and handling fees will be listed separately on your order. Most orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For security reasons, first-time orders and orders shipped to alternative addresses may require additional verification time. We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple shipments, but this does not affect your obligation to pay for the remaining goods.
All products purchased from ARLINSTORY are manufactured under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfer to you once we deliver the goods to the carrier.

Limited Warranty

Out-of-Stock Items
We typically maintain a 75% inventory level. In the event of occasional stock shortages, we will notify you via email of the estimated arrival time. If the item is not delivered within 20 business days, we will automatically issue a full refund and suspend your order. The refund will be processed within 7 business days. For orders containing multiple items, we will ship the available inventory first, and the remaining items can be held for restocking at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
ARLINSTORY’s liability is limited to the remedies provided in this Agreement, including but not limited to no liability for unavailable products, lost or damaged data or software, and service support. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, ARLINSTORY is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or other indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree that ARLINSTORY’s liability for any claims arising from bundled products (whether due to breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or other causes) shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the products or services under this Agreement.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing Law - Resale or Export
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Wyoming, USA. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For all purposes, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, as if the contract were fully executed and performed in the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any lawsuit or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the state or federal courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
