ARLINSTORY Shipping Policy
1. Shipping costs
The shipping cost is $15for USA and $20 for other areas except USA. If the value of the item is more than $100, the shipping cost will be free.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Shipping time: 8-15 business days
Processing time: 3-10 business days
Note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons and promotional periods (in addition, choose expedited air shipping for an additional $7 shipping fee)
3. Where does ARLINSTORY deliver?
USA: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington, D.C.) Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. How do I track my order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment we accept your order and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: during promotional periods this may take longer.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available.
5. What to do in case of delayed delivery/lost parcel
Our parcels are delivered by logistic company, you can track the logistic status in real time, but we are sorry if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we can do the following:
A. Keep communicating with our service
The last thing we want to see is your parcel being delayed. Make sure we know the status of the package. We will always keep in touch with you and let you know the status of the parcel. And explain the situation to you.
B. Track your shipment in real time
When you find a delay in shipping, you can take some form of action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are in a hurry to get your parcel, you can contact us and we may reissue the parcel using another transportation method depending on the situation.
6. About canceling an order
You may cancel your order, and we accept order cancellations until the product has been processed. If the order is canceled at that time, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!
NOTE: You will be notified by email after your order has been shipped. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled after the goods have been shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can return it by contacting us after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!

7. Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order and before the shipment of the goods. We are unable to cancel orders while the package is in transit. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Returns
Returns within 30 days of receipt - All items are in their original packaging, including all parts and components
-All items are in new condition and undamaged.
-Returns/exchanges must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
-We only accept returns/exchanges from the country in which the order was originally shipped, e.g. orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA!

PLEASE NOTE:
We can accept your return, but not for free for any reason. If there is a problem with the quality of our product, we sent it in error or missed it, we will give you a refund or replace the product.
However, we are not responsible for these reasons, if your return is due to any of the following reasons, please be responsible for your own return shipping cost as well as a return handling fee of 20% of the product value. (Hope you can understand, thank you.
-Items are different from packaging
-Items customized, tailored or special ordered to your specifications
-Items or packages damaged without proof of local logistics
-Any item or style not listed on our website
NOTE: RETURN ADDRESS: Please contact us and we will send you the return address once you decide to return the item.
9. Refund
If returned, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. If returned, ARLINSTORY will not refund shipping charges.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak hours) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed criteria, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
10. Damage
We accept full responsibility for any visible damage to your product upon arrival or during transportation if the product is defective due to incorrect packaging. Please check the packaging when you receive your goods. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If the items in the package are damaged on arrival, please send photos to arlinsrory@arlinstory.com and we will process the insurance claim on your behalf.
11. How do I return an item or an entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to begin the return process using the information below:
